Solar PPA. Zero capex, lower bills.
OORZI builds, owns and runs solar on your rooftop, parking and open spaces. You pay only for the power, below your grid tariff, for 15 to 25 years.
You buy the power, not the plant.
With a solar PPA (Power Purchase Agreement), OORZI designs, funds, builds, owns and runs a solar plant on your site. You pay only for the units it generates, at a tariff below what you pay the grid today. There is nothing to buy upfront and nothing to maintain.
- Share your bill. We study your load, tariff and site.
- Get your plan. System size, tariff, savings and contract terms.
- We build it. OORZI invests; Imagine Powertree engineers design and install.
- You save. From the first unit, for 15 to 25 years.
Carports and parking
Solar carports turn open parking into a power plant: shaded cars, clean power for the building and a ready base for EV charging. See solar carports and EV charging.
Gazebos and walkways
Solar gazebos and walkways add shaded seating on campuses and in gardens while generating power, as at NCAER in New Delhi.

Solar PPA, answered.
What is a solar PPA?
A Power Purchase Agreement. OORZI installs and owns a solar plant at your site, and you buy the electricity it produces at an agreed tariff below your grid rate, for the length of the contract.
Do I need to invest anything?
No. OORZI funds the system. You need a suitable site, a valid electricity connection and an agreement with us.
Who maintains the system?
OORZI does, for the full term, including cleaning schedules, repairs and performance monitoring.
PPA or lease: which is better?
A PPA suits businesses that want savings tied to every unit generated. A lease suits businesses that prefer a fixed monthly cost and want to keep every unit of saving.
What happens at the end of the contract?
Options such as extending the service, upgrading the system or transferring ownership are set out in your contract at the start.
